This Digital Content Distribution and Usage Policy applies to all e-books, downloadable PDF guides, digital bundles and other digital products purchased from Fairway Years.
Personal, non-transferable licence
Each purchase grants the purchaser a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to access and use the purchased digital content for the purchaser’s own individual use. The purchase does not transfer ownership of the content or any copyright, trademark or other intellectual-property right.
Sharing and distribution are strictly prohibited
Purchased digital content must not be shared with any other person under any circumstances. A separate purchase is required for every person who wants to access or use a Fairway Years guide.
Without prior written permission from Fairway Years, you must not:
- email, message, forward, send or otherwise provide a purchased file or download link to another person;
- upload or post the content to a website, shared drive, cloud folder, file-sharing service, forum, social-media platform, learning platform or online group;
- copy, reproduce, scan, photograph, record or distribute all or any substantial part of the content;
- sell, resell, rent, sublicense, exchange, donate or give away the content;
- share the content with friends, relatives, colleagues, clients, students, teams, clubs, organizations or members of a household;
- make the content available through a library, workplace, school, coaching program, membership or subscription service;
- remove, hide or alter copyright notices, branding, watermarks or other ownership information; or
- use the content to create, train, publish or distribute a competing, derivative or substantially similar product.
Permitted personal use
You may download the purchased file to devices that you personally own or control, keep a reasonable personal backup copy and print a copy solely for your own use. These permissions do not allow another person to access, receive, copy or use the content.
Download links and account access
Download links, order emails and account access are intended only for the purchaser. They must not be forwarded, posted, published or shared. You are responsible for taking reasonable steps to protect your files, links and account credentials from unauthorized access.
Copyright and ownership
All Fairway Years digital content, including its text, graphics, diagrams, layouts, exercises and branding, is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited personal-use licence described above, all rights are reserved by Fairway Years and the applicable rights holders.
Unauthorized use
If unauthorized sharing, copying or distribution is identified, Fairway Years may disable available download access, request removal of the content from third-party services and pursue any other remedy available under the purchase terms and applicable law. These actions do not limit any other right or remedy available to Fairway Years.
Requests for broader use
Permission is required before using a guide with a group, class, team, club, workplace, coaching program or organization. Contact Fairway Years before purchase to request authorization or discuss an appropriate multi-user arrangement.
Acceptance of this policy
By purchasing, downloading or accessing a Fairway Years digital product, you agree to use it only as permitted by this policy and not to share or distribute it after purchase.
Applicable rights
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
