This Digital Product Refund Policy applies to all e-books, downloadable PDF guides, digital bundles and other digital products purchased from Fairway Years.
All sales are final
Because our digital products are delivered or made available for access immediately after purchase, every completed digital-product sale is final. We do not provide refunds, returns, exchanges, cancellations, store credits or price adjustments after purchase.
Situations that do not qualify for a refund
No refund or credit will be provided for any reason, including:
- changing your mind after purchasing;
- purchasing the wrong guide or purchasing a guide by mistake;
- failing to read the product description before purchasing;
- deciding that the content does not meet personal expectations or preferences;
- not using, opening or downloading the purchased files;
- losing access to an email account or device;
- device, browser, software, storage or printing compatibility issues;
- finding similar information elsewhere;
- a product later being offered at a different price or as part of a promotion or bundle; or
- individual results differing from the examples, guidance or intended outcomes described.
Delivery and technical assistance
A download problem does not automatically qualify for a refund. If a purchased file is not received or cannot be opened, contact us through the store’s contact page with the order number and purchasing email address. We will make reasonable efforts to resend the file, provide a replacement download link or supply another working copy of the same purchased product.
Duplicate or unauthorized charges
If the same order appears to have been charged more than once, or if you believe a transaction was unauthorized, contact us promptly so the payment record can be reviewed. Verified billing errors will be handled as required by the payment provider and applicable law.
Digital bundles
Bundles are sold as a single digital product. No partial refund, credit or price adjustment is available because a purchaser already owns one of the included guides, downloads only part of the bundle or chooses not to use every included file.
Educational information and results
Fairway Years products provide general educational information. Purchasing a guide does not guarantee a particular golf score, performance improvement or personal result. Dissatisfaction with results is not grounds for a refund.
Acceptance of this policy
By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have reviewed the product description, selected the intended product and accepted that the transaction is final and non-refundable.
Applicable consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded. Where applicable law requires a remedy, Fairway Years will comply with that requirement.
